The truths is, about 90% of struggle to take consistent action. There’s a myriad of reasons why, and we will discover that over our three months together. Discovery isn’t enough.

You’ve been on discovery mode for awhile.

Then you need to put it into action. This isn’t about yelling and shame. That’s a BS way to get where you want to go. Sure it can work for a moment but as soon as the pressure is off, you fall back to your old habits.

We will work on your self-judgements, beliefs, systems and so much more.
