What kind of peppers do you use?

We use a great variety of common chiles in our various recipes such as hatch, jalapeño, habanero, serrano, piquin, japones, arbol, poblano, New Mexico, California, guajillo, pasilla, carolina reapers, ghost, scorpions, fatallis and solely unique peppers that we have been cultivating for years for amazing flavor and heat that you will never find anywhere else!

What is Micro-Batch?

Micro-Batch means we only make very small quantities at a time, usually less than 100 bottles per batch. Because our sauces and seasonings are lovingly made entirely by hand, (yes, every ingredient) they can take upwards of a week to create each in their entirety.

How spicy are they?

While we try our best to describe them as best as possible, everybody is different and every pepper is different. We cannot guarantee that each seasoning or sauce batch will be the same spicy as the previous one, but we can guarantee they will be every bit as delicioso!

Great Blends. Good on just about everything!

Each one of these seasonings is absolutely excellent. They are so versatile. I put them on everything. Honestly, these are some of the best blends you will find. I bought the Adobo Chili first and then went with the bundle when it was time to re-up. I highly recommend just jumping in and going with the bundle. You won't be disappointed.

I'd say the same thing about the sauces too. Just get the bundle. They all rule.

Seasons so flavorful you’ll think Gordon Ramsey cooked them for you!

Adobo Chile: The Adobo Chile was my personal favorite! It has a delicious warm heat with the tastiest Adobo spices I’ve ever tried. Mrs. Dash. Larson, McCormick, Simple Truth. None of those can compare with Pancho Picantes Adobo Chile, it tastes so much fresher than any other seasoning.

Cilantro Lime: Phenomenal bright Lime flavored seasoning. The cilantro is perfectly balanced with the lime. Great on chicken wings!

Chile Limon: This is the spiciest of all the seasonings, but the spice is well balanced with the cracked black pepper and oregano! It’s hot but it doesn’t stop me from fully covering my burger meat with it!
The thing I really need to emphasize is how fresh all of these taste. You can tell that these spices are made with top quality ingredients!

I will definitely be purchasing again!

Spice blends so good you'll slap your momma

They bring any meal to life and take the fuss out wondering if you need to add more salt or not. As someone who cooks for a living this is wonderful and each one is distinct.
