Perfect Find We were going to order take-out one night, when I decided to look at some restaurants in downtown Tulum. Nothing was catching my eye for our mood, but I’m so happy I found Pasha. The ambience & decor in itself was worth getting out of our room for. My boyfriend was a little hot since we were mostly indoors, but once a cold beer was served & the cool breeze blew through the windows all was well. I’m vegetarian, but my boyfriend isn’t & Pasha had the best of both worlds. The beet salad was incredible & the falafel was the best we've ever had! The staff was very attentive & made sure we were having a good experience. I would definitely go back!

Nice food , nice ambiance, mixed price range th espace is great and the people are very kind and caring. We would give all 5 stars but to order the full mezzo platter (even half platter) is exorbitantly expensive. Not just for being in Tulum pueblo, but 600 + pesos for a sample of these tastes of dishes is really unattainable so we abstained... They won us over with the decently [riced dishes of octopus, pita with lamb (a bit much gristle but lovely in seasoning) and the pita with shrimp... Great value foe those dishes. Shame we couldn't justify the mezze prices but other than that a lovely meal with a nice space, - great potential if they could balance out their price range. It would be another reason to eat in pueblo instead of beach.

A Jewel in the Crown of Tulum PASHA Tulum Downtown is a jewel in the crown of Tulum. Its ambiance is relaxing, warm and inviting. The food is delicious with an interesting and exciting blend of Mediterranean, Turkish, and Mexican influences that make the palette dance with delight. My favorite dish is the shrimp platter served with couscous, fresh salad, and warm pita bread. It combines the best seafood influences of the Mexican Caribbean with original, Turkish recipes. It's filling enough so that you feel full and satisfied, but not too much. I'm also fond of the tabbouleh, which I often ask for as simple dish to dine in and as a to-go order. PASHA makes tabbouleh the way it's supposed to be made, with the right amount of couscous and light flavor. Other places put too much lettuce or tomatoes in the recipe. To drink, I love the mint lemonade, which is refreshing and light on really hot days. I also love the boutique, featuring original designs and those of Carla Fernandez. I have purchased two dresses -- one in black and the other in white -- of the original designs. I am always complimented when I wear the dresses because they are minimal, fresh, and elegant. I am always proud to have unique pieces in my closet while supporting Mexican women designers. I love the people, atmosphere, and food of PASHA. I am a local who has lived in the area for nearly four years. I dine at PASHA at least once a week. It feels like home to me. And I gladly welcome others to taste and enjoy such an incredible experience.
