ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Approaching what would have been four years in business next year, WynBurg Café is closing its doors permanently. In a Friday social media post, the owners of the breakfast and lunch spot announced the restaurant at 306 E. Rand Road was closing the next day.

"Thanks so much for making our time here the best it possibly could have been," owners Steve Hamburg and Patty Wynne said in the post, along with a photo saying 'Time To Say Goodbye.'

The owners said they are in the process of selling WynBurg Café, which was located in the Northpoint Shopping Mall. Prior to WynBurg opening at the location in 2019, Gail's Carriage House resided there.
