Keller Williams Luxury Int'l-New Hope Welcomes Jim Briggs

(DOYLESTOWN, Pa.) Keller Williams Luxury International-New Hope is pleased to announce that Jim Briggs has joined the company as an Associate Broker. Briggs previously worked for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, New Hope.

Briggs has worked as a real estate broker since the 1970s, is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and has achieved over $250 million in sales over the course of his career. A resident of the New Hope/Buckingham area for 46 years, Briggs utilizes the knowledge he has gained from his decades of industry experience to meet the varied needs of his clients. Briggs serves clients in New Hope, Solebury, Lower Makefield, Buckingham, Lambertville, NJ and Stockton, NJ, with a true understanding of what makes these communities special and attractive to homebuyers.

Briggs is a graduate of American University and Penn State University and holds a GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) and a Luxury Home Specialist designation. His hobbies are gardening, making pottery in his home studio, and crafting face masks for family and friends.

Briggs is dedicated to giving back to his community and has served as the director of the Bucks County Housing Group, a nonprofit social service organization which provides a wide range of housing and related social services to homeless and low to medium income families. Recently, he spearheaded a backpack drive for Fisherman’s Mark, a nonprofit organization providing social services to people in the New Hope/Lambertville area. Briggs collected 25 backpacks filled with school supplies and masks that the organization will distribute to area students. “I am excited to join the Keller Williams Luxury International-New Hope team,” said Briggs. “I have a vested interest in this community that spans over four decades, I do whatever it takes to accomplish my clients’ goals and I do my best to give back to my community."
