Went here after a stressful day and Carl was amazing. Really helped us out, was friendly and polite. The drinks he made us were beautiful.

Wonderful staff ❤️ my daughter had a nasty fall hurting her head in a shop near this cafe which resulted in a trip to hospital and the staff here made me feel much more relaxed about what happend, gave me a bag of ice for her head and both my children a biscuit to distract her from what happened. Came in the following day for a lovely lunch. Love bunch!????
We always find cafe Nero very professional in terms of the customer service, cleanliness, high standard.
Today we found a difference in service when ordering two drinks and paying we found we had to wait for half hour or so before we got served so its gone down in my estimation.
Today we found a difference in the staff at the café Nero, there was different staff today, the standard is back to a high level again i can only think it was a blip in staffing of the cafe.
Gave us a toastie each with a pathetic amount of coleslaw each. And a dirty glass and too few forks. We had to pay £1.50 each for a tiny pot of coleslaw. Awful.
