Disappointed in the App.. What's the point of knowing what your local stores have for inventory if you can't actually SEE pictures of the inventory! I like to shop for jewelry so when that one rare piece comes along I can jump on it but without the ability to see at least 1 picture of the item, it makes the app useless. Also, direct searches are broken though searching by category from the 3 line menu still works. PLEASE FIX!!

Update 3/11/2021: now the app won't even open. I've used the Cash America app before and it was working fine. It was very basic but you could see the inventory for shops in your area and get the shops contact info. Now all you see is a frowny face, it's not showing anything. Put it back to basic or make it better and I'll raise my rating.

I've been searching for a new practice bass guitar and pawn shops are my go-to, you can always find a second hand Ibinez or similar in good condition for cheap. So when I found 3 of them on the app I went to the store it said they were at, only to find that literally nothing the app had listed was at the store. The manager was quick to tell me that the new parent company doesn't update the app with any consistency. I won't be going to CA first anymore under this new failure of a leadership.
