Hercules CP Mobile is an iPhone/Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use Hercules CP Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.

I love having access to the app. It gives a count down of time on my machines so I know when my laundry is finished. It allows for payment and managing funds from one spot. It would be nice to be able to check whether there are machines are available without having to go down to the laundry room, as well as to choose cycles and temperatures on the app rather than having to use both the app and the physical machine controls. App also operates very slowly.

The app works as intended. It doesn't glitch or do anything it's not supposed to do. Never been shortchanged any money or been charged for a cycle on either machine that wasn't given. The problem is, if 'your phone' has trouble connecting to the Internet, you will have connectivity trouble connecting to any app on your phone. This is no fault off the app, it's creators or the company itself. If you connect to ur apartment wifi and you are out of range. You will have connectivity issues. :)

Random music playing... I just installed this app yesterday and each time I start the app music is playing within the app. This doesn't happen while in the laundry room, but when I am away from it. The music is constant, even when I start recording a video, which should pause or stop the music, the audio is loud enough to be heard in the video. I've turned off wifi and still there is music.
