General Questions:

Yes, the minimum hours is 6 hours—the reason is to provide time-efficient services in the presence of our clients.

Yes, only for medical necessity procedures that do not include cosmetic surgery. No exception!
Note: Please check with your employer for verification that it will indeed pay for your post-surgical needs. If not, you will still be responsible to pay before the service will be given.

No, we have great relationships with licensed massage therapists who offers those services.
No, we will highly recommend surgical patients to returns to their surgeon who performed the surgery. We are not trained to removed surgical drains.
We have a scheduling software with Square Up for prospective clients to view our services, schedule service, and pay contact-free.
We accept HSA (Health Saving Account). We are a private pay company.
Yes, we do charge for virtual consultation, and it cost $100.00. If the client signed up for any of our services, the virtual consultation is free. There will be a $100.00 discount from the total balance of the service.
No, we are a mobile Concierge Service for surgical patients. We travel to you.
No, but we have great relationships with licensed nurse providers who offers those services.
We travel one hour radius without additional charges.
We strongly advise our prospective clients to schedule services at least a week to ensure a care practitioner is available. Flexible scheduling is available.
Note: P.S.C.O.A. will verify the surgery date and surgery time with the surgery team.
Yes, We have a partnership with a private chef food service, Fresh n Fit Cuisine. The meals cater to a wide variety of dietary lifestyles. There is a separate fee and will need to be ordered at least a week in advance. Otherwise, the care practitioner will have to shop for the client’s meal planning.
We are allied health professionals with extensive training, locally & nationally certified with continued formal education to care for post-surgical patients properly. Alongside, we have a great relationship with licensed nurses, and we use them whenever it is appropriate.
We have a formal partnership with Attento Counseling Firm to handle the mental health and emotional health needs of our surgical patients.
Note: Our patients will have one complimentary session with one of our Licensed Mental/ Emotional Health Providers before or after surgery. We have an exclusive discount rate for our patients for continuous sessions with our providers.
At the moment, the aromatherapy treatment is included in the care services.
Note: As the demand increases for aromatherapy treatments, then we will consider creating a separate service for prospective clients to purchase.
Yes, we constantly learning about properly caring for the LBGTQIA+ community through participating in webinars and conferences with American Psychological Association, Georgia Psychological Association, Simple Practice & other credited sources on the community.
