At Platinum Palms we believe that our high-touch boutique model is not well suited for Airbnb.
What type of properties will you work with?
We specialize in single-family dwellings and owner-owned condominiums. We work with clients who have investment properties, part-time or full-time residents.
What does it cost?
The short answer is “It depends”. To start we meet and have a discovery session where a scope of work is agreed upon. We will build and review your custom scope of work. Once agreed upon, a contract is submitted for signature.
