I highly recommend Dr. Ghadri for anyone seeking a gum graft. The entire process for me was essentially painless- the operation itself was very quick, Dr.Ghadri and his surgical assistant, Alyssa, worked very well together and gave me optimal patient care. When I had a concern about my graft they were quick to respond to my text and provided needed reassurance. This is a great team! More

I went to Periodontics in Olympia for gum issues. Dr. Ghadri and his team are professional and polite. I underwent gum surgery for gingivitis. I was a little apprehensive about having this procedure, however, Liz my hygienist explained everything as she went along, and she made sure that I did not feel any pain. The team at Premier Perio have given me excellent care of all kinds for the past several years! After some difficult prior dental experiences I’d neglected my teeth for several years. About 5 years ago I felt I couldn’t put it off any longer and despite my fears went to the dentist, complaining of soreness, bleeding gums and bad breath. He told me that while I had no cavities, my gums were in very sad shape and recommended Premier Perio. The PP team started me with the heavy duty deep scaling to clean out the deep pockets, one mouth quadrant at a time. Then Dr Ghadri did gum grafting in two places to improve and increase gum tissue. And last year I had laser treatment for a tooth that unexpectedly showed up with a super deep pocket and infection. Today I am on an every 3 months cleaning schedule and my mouth is in a very good place! I so appreciate and value the expertise and caring attitude of the Premier Perio team — I know I’m in great hands! More

When your family dentist runs into a problem they can’t solve, they call in the A-Team. When the A-Team is stumped, they call in these guys—Premier Periodontics. Dr. Ghadri is a surgical genius who uses high tech bordering on Star Trek. He’s truly ‘dynamite w/a laser beam’, and I trust him completely. His support staff of assistants (Magi & Alyssa) and hygienist (Liz) all have enhanced training and skills above and beyond their counterparts at other facilities. The office managers (Dianna, Sandra, and Christina) are goddesses at scheduling and dealing with (!@#$%) insurance companies . The overall atmosphere is one of friendly, expert competence. If you need this type of service — and I hope you don’t — Premier is the best place to get it. More

I'm quite happy with the implant, graft and nasal lift that Dr. Ghadri and his staff installed after an Extraction due to an old root canal that failed. The only complaint that I have is the excessive charge for nitrous during the surgery. I have the same issue with a charge for nitrous during a root canal with an endodontist. My regular dentist does not charge for nitrous during major dental work. It seems that the more costly the procedure, the more the specialist charges. That seems greedy to me. More

I was referred to Premier Periodontics by my local dentist for a molar extraction and potential implant. Upon my initial phone call and speaking with Sandra, she was very warm and friendly as well as made me feel like she had all the time to speak with me, not rushed. Expressed my fears of dentistry in general and the need for sedation which is an option with this office, This made me very happy and more comfortable in doing business with them. Additionally I do not have any dental insurance, Sandra graciously recommended I reach out to a particular savings plan company which I did, and offers huge savings discount and turns out that my regular dentist also participates in this plan or maybe accepts the plan is a better way to put that, So thanks to Sandra I am saving tons of money on a lot of dental work that I need!! I had my consult and exam today, I was greeted warmly by Sandra who sits up at the front desk, quickly brought into the exam room by Sadie the medical assistant.. she equally was very nice, listened to my concerns and let me ask as many questions as needed and explain some things to me. Then the doctor popped in, he sat back and just let me have conversation with him, share my concerns and ask my questions, I never felt rushed once, he treated me like I was the only patient he had. This was equally comforting. My overall experience has been positive and my appointment is in about a month for the work to be done. Update 8-13-23 Just finished my last appointment which was just a follow-up to make sure the end of the for a month healing process was as it should be. Highly recommend premier periodontics on many levels. I can do an update review after I have my work done and start the healing process, but so far I would definitely recommend Premiere Periodontics. Procedure was done with kindness and understanding of my anxiety. Really nice vibe, good instructions on how to follow up. Was seen again today and all is well...in future an implant can be done when I'm ready. Again really nice professional style and positive vibe, Dr is very competent at what he does. It was very caring that they checked on how it looked after treatment at no charge even!!! And their location is beautiful! I highly recommend it here!! More

My hope is that the busy referral periodontist, Dr Ray Rohila, who was against antibiotics and a pain med as the tooth really hurt, got what needed to be done right.For some reason my gut says he was too busy for me the day I went in. I almost went for 2nd opinion but was assured Dr Ghadri would make sure it was right. Dr Rohila charged me a large sum of money and didn't even see me...just saw x-rays and had a person do some tests which made tooth hurt even more. Then referred me to Dr Ghadri. Post procedure antibiotic schedule was disappointing as involves 1am dose. Not a good time for a 70 yr old who has trouble sleeping. Pain med prescription does not do too much to help with pain I'm having, it does zombie me out. I'm hoping that by tomorrow the pain is less if not gone. If antibiotic schedule had been done with more empathy re time schedule, and pain med a bit stronger this would be a 5 star instead of a 4. Addendum: Dr Ghadri called me today and we worked on a better med schedule! He inquired about pain meds as well, today they seem to be working better. He also answered a couple of questions I had. He was so kind so I've changed my review score to a 5 for him and his staff. It restored my faith in this process. They really are excellent. More

I spent the last year getting multiple gum grafts throughout my mouth. Everyone at Premier Periodontists is phenomenal! Dr. Ghadri is very professional but funny at the same time. I never felt anything during my surgeries and both of his assistants cared for me like I was their sister. Diane at the billing desk is a freaking hoot! And helped make my payments pain free (which can sometimes hurt more than the surgery itself, jkjk). They would call and check on me in the days following my surgery and would immediately adjust medications if need be. I can’t thank them enough or tout their skills and kindness louder than I already do. I apologize for the long response and although I am glad to finally be done with surgeries, I will miss everyone at the office. More

I like the fact that my hygienist got my Tylenol and ibuprofen onboard before my procedure and I was given a detailed set of instructions on after care with examples of the foods I can eat, and a notation at what time to take my next dose of pain meds. From A to Z the experience was better than I could have ever imagined! I waited until I was in awful pain before calling this morning to make an appointment and they got me in today! My tooth was extracted before I knew it while monitoring my blood pressure the entire time to make sure I stayed safe!
