Sunil arrived at the agreed upon time. He was very thorough in his search for the cause of my HVAC failure. He presented an estimate prior to performing the necessary repair with a commitment to revisit with me, if it turned out to be more, prior to performing any additional work. He showed me the problem and provided an explanation as to the cause of the failure. After the repair he inspected the rest of the unit and provided an assessment on the performance of the other components. I highly recommend Proactive Htg and AC for HVAC service and repairs.
