trevor and jake installed my attic ladder. right from the start when trevor came to my house for a quote , he was thorough, gave me options, and was clear about pricing. they were punctual, respectful of the fact i was working at home, and asked for my input. i was so impressed with the end result and they cleaned up afterwards. a great experience start to finish. i will be using them again for my next project and have recommended them to friends and family already. thanks guys!!

We had Trevor do drywall in our home ,the walls and ceiling in 2 bedrooms and the hallway and ceiling plus a few other things. He impressed us right from the beginning. he was very helpful and explained everything so we new what to expect. He worked very hard and never seem to take a break . The weather was very hot the week he was here and we have no air conditioning in our home yet he worked everyday form 9am till 5pm with no complaints. And when he lift for the day he left everything neat and clean. He even did some extra work and did not charge us for it. No money is paid until the job is done and you are 100% happy with it.. This is our first time having someone we did not know do a reno for us and we are very happy with the outcome. We will definitely call Trevor for any future renovation. If you need work done call Tattersall, Brown & Lacas Inc. you will not be disappointed.....

Trevor just finished installing a complete bathroom for me it was a challenging undertaking because the space was small and our needs many.We are delighted with what he manage to accomplished.The workmanship was outstanding he kept me informed throughout the construction.The job site was clean after a days work which I was most grateful for highly recommended Trevor.

My experience has been with Trevor. He is the owner of this company. His workmanship is excellent. He takes pride in his work. Reasonably priced. I have recommended him to friends and family. Another important factor is communication. He clearly communicates when he will be on the job. I find this the number one irritation with other companies or tradespeople. If he can't make it he lets you know and makes arrangements. You're never left wondering if he's going to show up or not. Very professional.

Both Trevor and Jake were amazing at installing our new shower doors. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up after the job was done. When a part was missing from the box, they returned to finish the job after we received the part. Excellent service!!
