Step 1: Free Consultation

Book your free consultation:

Fill out the pre-consultation questionnaire – 20-minute consultation call to discuss your exercise experience, injuries, and health goals plus any other relevant information to get you started – schedule an intro session.

Step 2:  Schedule in your introductory session

The workout in-person location:

Introductory session:

50 minutes – $89, including Goal setting, movement screen, and full workout tailored to your current fitness level and ability.

Step 3: Training Package

Sign-up for a 1-1 training package – where a tailored workout is laid out each session building on the last progressing towards your goals.
