Customer support is poor, they are based on the Philipines a the "experts" do not know the application. Known issues are not a priority.
I have spent weeks asking why revenue is missing from P&L and basic accounting reports.
Then they tell me yo upgrade to a higher level of service. IF they cand get a basic P&L correct, what else would I buy from them?
The Online version is not as complete as the desktop version and the support is poor.
My issue was not resolved! I was put on hold & phone call was disconnected.
but i got their customer care secondary phone and the service offered by the customer care is far better than the previous one. +1 88 Eight Four Two Two Eight Zero Three Two
I am so upset with this particular situation where I have verified my acct, but cannot access it because I cannot access my mobile phone. This is particularly frustrating because problems I've had with deposits to my Quickbooks checking have been a big problem for four months now.
The customer service agents are kind and seem to want to be helpful.
But they have no power to solve my problems.
And if I ever have to go to Green Dot Bank's customer service, it is a total hassle. I'm deciding what I need to do from here because I don't have time to waste with customer service issues.

My issue was not resolved! I was put on hold & phone call was disconnected. No call back
Canceled Quikbooks online on 01/27/23, agent “forgot” to start process my request for refund. On 02/09/23 called to inquire when I would receive my refund, was told the request was not received. You so graciously granted my request for refund, but stuck to your false representation that refund would take 5-7 working days to post on my account even though I explained to you your policy that all requests for refund before 3:00 pm would be processed that day. You claimed that it was the bank that held up the posting of funds into my bank account. Well lo and behold my funds were received at my bank yesterday and deposited into my account yesterday!!! So stop lying to your customers and return our money according to the procedures as stated on your website. I had to renew my desktop pro as you had all my data locked up, as soon as I’m able to, I will be canceling it too!
Simple issue that your agent did not know how to resolve. This took 20 minutes.
