Driven 2 Succeed Services

Driven 2 Succeed’s goal is to create clear pathways to productive citizenship by giving students the necessary tools to thrive in school, community, and life. There are four services we provide to achieve that goal.

Academic Intervention

We offer academic interventions in math and literacy in order for students to learn a new skill, increase fluency in a skill, or generalize an existing skill. Our team provides high-impact tutoring for 60-90 minutes per session during the school day or after-school.

Social Emotional Learning

We offer social emotional activities in each service to develop the knowledge, self-awareness and personal well-being of students that help them thrive in both academics and life. When implemented, we build equitable experiences.

College and Career Readiness

We offer specific opportunities for students to prepare for college and career through workshops, community service activities, or receiving advice from a DSC mentor. Being college and career ready supports students in school and beyond.

It was very rewarding to see Xzavier's growth throughout the semester. I remember during his first session, he had a lot of energy and had a harder time staying focused. I worked with him and by our last session, I was able to see how focused and attentive he had become.
