The Taugenichts Bar is a community project among friends. We stand for a harmonious coexistence and want to be a space to feel good. Here you can celebrate and drink in a tolerant and relaxed environment.

As befits a neighborly living room, we combine the history of the house with modern coziness. The individuality and character of the location is important to us, which we have tried to preserve. General sustainability and upcycling are other topics close to our hearts. Therefore we try to avoid wasteand have built a lot of furniture ourselves and breathed new life into flea market finds.

We offer high quality products at a reasonable price, have a close relationship with our suppliers and want everyone to find something for themselves in our menu without being overwhelmed by choice.

We are not only a bar, but also a space for creativity. Here you can find comedy nights, vernissages of local artists, living room concerts, readings and scientific lectures.
