Not only an excellent cheese maker but also one of my favorite local businesses! We usually come with my partner for cheeses to offer at the end of a meal - Thomas and his team always provide good advice and their products are of excellent quality. Recently, I finally decided to inaugurate my raclette machine and naturally thought of Au Père Michel: best decision! My guests were delighted every time, I got lots of compliments! I recommend Wild Garlic and Truffle which are always a success. Remember to book a little in advance to ensure you taste their delights. I also recommend the charcuterie and cheese boards: I ordered them for my birthday and then that of my partner. It's pretty, easy to present and above all delicious! In short, go ahead with your eyes closed :)
