The tapas we offer are a little more than half a portion, and I think that in relation to the price of homemade food we are in the cheaper in Palma. I also want to mention that I prepare the aioli, for potato aioli, with whole milk, garlic, sunflower oil, a little lemon juice and salt, so the comment about this “sauce” is not clear to me. For more than 10 years we have been making all our tapas with local, fresh products purchased personally by us in local stores, because what we offer is the essence and flavor of this wonderful Mediterranean island and we are not in favor of using homemade sauces or products from fifth range like the majority today…..Greetings and thank you for your visitMore
