What I really appreciated about my experience at Christian Brothers Automotive was their thoroughness with their diagnostic process. I was particularly impressed by the way they provided the invoice, which included not only detailed descriptions of the issues but also videos and pictures illustrating the problems. What stood out to me was the convenience of having a link back to the summary, where I could easily review and agree to any problems they had pointed out. I have used Christian Brothers Automotive a numer of times for the repair and maintenance of my 2014 BMW vehicle. Their staff was courteous and very helpful. The repair and maintenance of my car was excellent with no issues latter. They also have an useful Courtsey Vehicle to drive me back to my office or home. I would definitely recommended Christain Brothers Automotive services to my friends and family.

Christian Brothers Automotive promptly and professionally took care of each item I had asked them to tend to. The costs (very reasonable!) were clearly outlined, and an easy-to-undersand status report was sent to me by email. They provided free transportation for me to and from their shop. The staff members were helpful and courteous at every step in the process. All in all, my experience with Christian Brothers Automotive was very positive. I highly recommend them!

I was able to get a reasonably prompt appointment. They provided courtesy shuttle service both to and from the shop which was a huge help as I had to leave my car and did not have other transportation. They provided a detailed diagnosis and estimate of the needed repair. The repair charge was reasonable. They promptly notified me when the repair was complete and my car was ready. I have found that they stand by their work and follow up on any related issues that arise after the repair. I never felt pressure to agree to unnecessary service. In all the service was courteous, professional, and reliable.

I can get my car serviced anywhere, BUT I will only take it to Christian Brothers Automotive in Norcross. Customer service was excellent. I was assisted by Will Harrison, who was very professional and kept me up to date on the process. I am going to be returning with my wife's car next week. Highly recommended.
