Dr Heineke addressed my concerns about recent tests, as well as answering some general questions on managing my CAD. I AM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED THAT I HAD TO WAIT 1 1/2 HOURS TO SEE THE DR. I SHOULD HAVE OFFERED THE OPPORTUNITY TO RESCHEDULE WHEN I CHECKED IN AND BEEN INFORMED OF THE WAIT TIME.

Dr Heineke is clearly a busy doctor yet he introduced himself; took time and trouble to explain things and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.
My reason for being referred to a cardiologist was not for a ‘major’ heart issue, nonetheless, Dr Heinecke showed me kindness and respect, as well as, providing me with unprompted, welcome reassurance. I am greatly appreciative not only for his knowledge but for his manner.
