I am so happy I chose the briglia dental group for my first appointment in 10 years. The woman who did my cleaning (and I apologize for not remembering her name) was super nice we had great convo, the cleaning didnt hurt and even the next day my teeth aren’t sore. Dr Brigilia was very kind and knowledgeable. Overall my appointment was great and I feel relieved. I am very happy with my experience would recommend.

I highly recommend this practice. Exams and cleaning are thorough. Dr. Briglia's discussions with me about my dental issues are informative and the planned treatment for these issues are fully explained in advance. My family has always been well treated here by the entire staff.

Dr. Briglia recently performed cosmetic repair of 3 teeth with recession at the gum line. Teeth look amazing. The man is an artist. He has always done the work himself. I have never been pawned off to some young understudy. Previous work still looks good after 10 years. I would like to have him fix minor cosmetic chips and craters in the near future. I have full confidence in his ability. It is rare to find some one you know will perform top quality work. I was pleasantly surprised with the out of pocket cost after insurance which is a rare experience.

I voiced concerns about gum erosion, and she not only shared very detailed info about my current situation and preventative care, but also made sure to be extra gentle when cleaning the areas impacted by erosion. The entire team is a pleasure to see and I look forward to my appointments here, which says a lot!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Briglia since 2018 and I have loved it!! I’ve had a severe anxiety of the dentist and Dr. Briglia and team have been supportive, helpful, and patient. Dental Hygienist Ella also deserves a MAJOR shout out. She is detailed in her cleanings and extremely knowledgeable. She even points out observations on my X-rays, answers questions with enthusiasm , offers encouragement and explains the entire process to give you confidence that you’re getting genuine and authentic care.

Our 3 year old was nervous for his very first dentist appointment, but the team at Briglia Dental Group went so above and beyond to make it fun and interactive with puppets, silly games, and a treasure chest. He laughed so much during the appointment, and was telling anyone who would listen all about it when he got home. A good visit with Chris. Very disappointed that Dr. Briglia is no longer honoring in-house "insurance" for those of us who no longer have dental insurance. It was one of the criteria on my list when I was searching for a new dentist last year. I believe that 20% would be more reasonable for those of us who are retired and live on fixed incomes.

I've been seeing Dr. Briglia for years and would recommend him to anyone. Besides his excellent technical skills and experience, he is particularly good with patients who are uneasy about going to the dentist. When I first started seeing him I had not been going to the dentist regularly because of a dental phobia, but since then I have never missed a 6 month checkup or other appointment. Additionally, his front office is very well run and as a team they maintained their high level of service even during the pandemic.

Best dental experience I have had, I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a dental appointment that was this good. I had to have quite a bit of work done and between the prep for the shots to numb my gums and the actual numbing of them, I did not feel one single thing, not the slightest prick of the needle. Once I was prepped, again, I did not feel any part of the procedure. Usually from past experiences even though I was numbed I could still feel a little of what was being done, not here. It was the best dental experience ever, I highly recommend Briglia Dental group.

I am in my 70’s and Dr. Briglia is the best dentist I have ever had. I never felt the Novocain shots at all. He explains each step through the procedure and frequently asks how you are doing. He even offered Advil or Tylenol after to take the edge off. He called that evening to ask how I was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Briglia.

The moment I walked into the office I was greeted with a friendly hello.. Ella was just wonderful, took time to explain what the process of X-rays and cleaning would be. Ella did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr B then came in welcomed me to their practice and checked my teeth and went over my X-rays. The Briglia team did their normally good job. Been a patient since they first opened. This was only a semi annual check up but it is clear that they are thorough , look for signs of any future problems and run their office well. Dr Briglia and his staff is absoulty wonderful. Professial , friendly I never have to wait in waiting room. I felt comfortable going to Dr briglia him and his staff have put all precaution in place during this Covid-19 era. I highly recommend Dr Briglia to anyone who has ever had a fear at dentist. His staff and himself do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and relax. The massage chair you sit in during your cleanings and any other work you are having done, sure does help.

This was my first doctor experience since COVID commenced. I was extremely comfortable with the measures in place at Dr. Briglia's. Friendly greeting, temp taken along with hand sanitizer usage request of me by team member before going back to be seen. Pre-wash of anti-bacterial before procedure commenced; dental cleaning. Hygienist was hyper communicative & vigilant of precautionary measures throughout cleaning. Already scheduled my follow-up to address work needed prior to COVID given such a positive experience. Happy to continue with this dental practice!

I was put off by the hygienist lecturing me about flossing, she mentioned it and kept harping on it. I finally had to tell her to stop talking. Being a nurse I know the importance of patient education and working with your patients to make them understand how to properly care for their health. But I felt as if I was being lectured and she would not move past it. I know I and probably many of your patients could do a better job of flossing, but hey that keeps you in business! I appreciate the effort, but it was a hard court press. I'm sorry to be negative, these are tough times for everyone!

Dr. Briglia & his staff have above & beyond customer service, & they truly do care about their patients. At a recent appointment, for example, I was getting a little stressed after the dental hygienist cleaned my teeth b/c I was sitting idle for approx. 25-30 minutes until Dr. Briglia attended to me for a final check-up. The dental hygienist, however, kept tabs on me & mentioned the Dr should be here soon, but I was stressing b/c I had another appointment & had to leave at a reasonable time after this appointment. Regardless, when Dr. Briglia arrived, he kept apologizing b/c he was tied up longer than anticipated with another patient & when I had checked out, I was given a gift card as an apology & courtesy. Dr. Briglia & staff honestly didn't have to offer a gift card, but I'm sharing this particular experience b/c how many doctors would go to this extent?! I'm in my 'almost' mid-60's & have waited a lot longer at doctor appointments, therefore, Dr. Briglia & his staff are top-notch in my book, classy in every way & they DO care about patients overall! YESSSS, 5-Star!

This is my first “issue” here all other visits have been great. This time I had a 30ish minute wait, the Starbucks gift card was a nice touch to help compensate that. Thankfully I didn’t have anywhere else to be. Then during my cleaning, the water hose wouldn’t work for rinsing. Turns out it was spraying onto the floor. She was able to finish my cleaning but then Dr. Briglia and the hygienist spent a few minutes trying to fix that instead of just doing my exam so I could finally leave, so that priority felt a little off. And the conversation was a little uncomfortable to be sitting there for as a patient. The hygienist did a good job, no complaints about that. I was just there for a while when I would have rather been in and out a bit quicker since all of the delays had nothing to do with my teeth.

Dr Briglia, you are a great dentist that I have seen for years. I traveled from Delaware to West Chester just to see you. However, the front office is weak and the billing software is so archaic that it is actually frustrating to communicate with your office. Your office needs to change with the times. I sent 7 emails with no replies and that is very frustrating. I dropped off a check last month and wrote a note questioning some incorrect billings but no reply. 7 emails and an office visit and still no reply..unacceptable!!... For example, my son had an appointment and when the billing did not agree with the EOB I questioned it with the Insurance company. The insurance company stated that the dentist office is not allowed to add extra services after the EOB has been processed. This overbilling was almost $70...unacceptable!! On another occasion, my cleanings are covered and I was billed incorrectly because the office did not follow procedure. Full xrays are only supposed to be taken every 5 years and it is the offices responsibility to contact the insurance company.......this overbilling of $140 is unacceptable!! And the same thing was done for my son which totals $280. Thank you but I am going to look at other dental options.......a professional office would have recognized their mistakes and made the necessary corrections........

Dr. Ronald Briglia (pronounced Brillia - as in brilliant) is a serious and excellent dentist. He has a great calm manner and instills trust and relief. He has found a serious problem some of the teeth of a family member of mine that their previous dentist did not notice and could have caused serious harm but now will be taken care of efficiently. My teeth happened to be fine this time round. His technician Shannon is also very calming and thorough. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Briglia.

I've been a patient of Dr. Briglia's for years. He has done some fillings for me, placed a crown and most recently done some bonding on my front teeth. His work is meticulous and painless. Unlike other dentists I've seen, Dr. Briglia will take the time to get a bite adjustment just right. I used to be quite scared to see the dentist, but Dr. Briglia has changed that for me.

Lynn cleaned my teeth yesterday and I couldn't believe how white my teeth were when I got home. I didn't have any whitening procedure, so I was astonished. I'm going back to her! Also, Ive got a high sensitivity to pain (Dr. B. says I've got "nerves for days") so Lynn applied a topical before starting. That was great! And she took meticulous care of stains and plaque. I wonder if Dr. B. can clone her 🙂

I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists since I joined the military in 2011. Even after I got out, I had bad experiences and this created a big anxiety for me. I neglected check ups and dental work because of this. I am so incredibly happy that I have found Dr. Briglia and the amazing nursing staff! They were so nice, patient, and understanding! Dr. Briglia did an amazing job on my teeth as well! I am not as nervous now and I am even going to set an appointment for my children to come see him. Dr. Briglia's dental office is a 5 star dental practice in every way. My family has received outstanding care from Dr. Brigila and every member of his amazing staff. Dr. Briglia helped us navigate a very complicated issue with my daughter's tooth and was the only dentist, out of many dentists consulted in the US and abroad, who gave us complete information, a full overview of all of the issues not only in the near term, but also long term, and took amazing care of her. He went above and beyond, personally following up with her, seeing her each time there was an issue, even on very short notice, and saving her long term dental health. I recently switched my own care to Dr. Briglia for long term issue with a molar and he has again taken the best care of me, with sound and kind advice, seeing me on short notice when needed, providing excellent referrals for specialist care and getting me back to pain free eating, without pain in the process. Thank you Dr. Briglia - I only wish we had switched to your care sooner!

Over the years, I have always been pleased and comfortable when I visit for cleaning. I am not so sure if it because I am older now that I feel some unexplainable discomfort during my cleaning sessions. The water that splatters on my face and neck really bothers me. Also, I tend to gag more now than before. The hygienists and staff are over-all, friendly and warm. With that I am very satisfied.

Dr. Briglia answered a "distress email" sent out late on a Saturday night regarding information about an emergency dentist; if he could recommend someone. To our amazement, he responded at 12:30am and set up an appointment for Sunday afternoon to see me [due to extreme tooth pain]. He also recommended the best OTC pain relief to bide over until the appointment. Upon meeting him, Dr. Briglia was very personable and put me at ease right away. He shared the Xray results and explained in detail what was happening. He offered information for endodontal therapy and had a very caring and kind nature. I cannot tell you how pleased and relieved I was when I left his office. I have found my permanent dentist!

She was SO gentle and when I had a sore spot on my gums, when she had to go back to that area she was so careful and cautious. THE BEST! I'm phobic, but am coming for a cleaning in one week. My daughter will be there within 2 months, and my EX. Very careful with my medical hx and referred me; which I appreciated. Dr. Briglia (g is silent) and his staff are sweet and compassionate. ( He's married to Lisa so forget it... I checked. LOL) After numerous years of phobia I think I found my dental expert. Thank You. Dr. Ron and his staff are just awesome. Unfortunately I haven't been to a dentist in 2 years. Dr. Ron took the time to really examine me and because of this, he discovered severe bone loss in the back of my jaw. He not only spent time explaining how serious this issue is, but sent me an email later in the day making sure I was aware of how important it is that I take care of this. Very caring, sincere and honest Doctor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have been going to Dr. Briglia's office for a couple years now and I have had nothing but wonderful visits. The staff is always so friendly and take the time to get to know more about their patients and really listen to any dental problems you may be having. Dr. Briglia himself is always very pleasant and happy. He goes above and beyond to solve any problems... he even gave me advice for snoring! So to summarize, their office is friendly, detail oriented, and punctual. I would, and have recommended their office to other people.

This was my first time at Dr. Briglia's office. I was very nervous due to dental anxiety but the staff was warm hearted and kind spirited. The best part was that Dr. Briglia called me that evening to check in on me! I've never had a dentist do this before and it eased my nerves tremendously.

When I left New York and mover to Pennsylvania I had one bad dentist after another, there was more damage done to my teeth then i care to mention. At some point I stopped going to the dentist...until i had a problem. It was then I went to Dr Briglia....it was such a woinderful experience, I have become a loyal patient for the last 20 years!!! I won't even consider going to anyone else :)

There is never more than a few minute wait after checking in -- most doctors make you sit in the waiting room for so long you begin to wonder if they forgot about you! Time is so precious and Dr B's office doesn't waste any of it! But at the same time, they don't rush your actual appointment- they really take the time necessary to clean and de-stain and polish up my teeth!!! I'm pretty sure my teeth were glowing by the time I left the office yesterday and I drink at least 4 cups of coffee a day!!

I never thought I'd admit that I don't mind going to the dentist - but it's true...scheduling any doctor's appointment can be a challenge with busy lives, but this is one I really don't mind. Walking into Dr. Biglia's office is like coming back to see old friends and say hi. There is a warm atmosphere and calming aura in the office that relaxes me. I HATED the dentist before, dreaded it, but things have changed since I came on board with Dr. Briglia, it's a completely different experience and I couldn't recommend him more :)

I always receive the highest quality dental care with Dr. Briglia's group. No matter if it's dental work to a cleaning I always leave satisfied. Often times Dr. Briglia goes the extra mile and calls hours later if I had some sort of dental work done to check on me. It's one of the many reasons why I make the 30+ minute drive for all my dental care.
