藤沢の無農薬のお野菜を極力使用したこだわりのコースです。
環境保護への取り組み
元々のコンセプトがお肉と卵など動物性の食材は使わない、魚介と野菜のお料理を提供しております。
更に、調味料をなるべくオーガニックの物を使用し、洗剤やスポンジは環境にやさしい物を使用しています。
ラップの代わりに蜜蝋ラップやシリコンのスタッシャーを極力使う事で環境保護に繋がります。先ずは自分たちの身近なところから少しずつ行動することが大事です。
