Fu-fu Shisen is a restaurant that specializes in seafood and vegetable dishes based on Sichuan cuisine, and is particular about the ingredients used. No meat (including processed foods), dairy products, or chemical seasonings are used. Organic vegetables, organic seasonings, and organic sugar beet sugar are used. Only one course per group. Reservations are required by the day before (5:00 p.m.). Veggie courses must be reserved at least two days in advance. *Please note that we may not be able to reply immediately. 1. 元々のコンセプトがお肉と卵など動物性の食材は使わない、魚介と野菜のお料理を提供しております。
更に、調味料をなるべくオーガニックの物を使用し、洗剤やスポンジは環境にやさしい物を使用しています。
ラップの代わりに蜜蝋ラップやシリコンのスタッシャーを極力使う事で環境保護に繋がります。先ずは自分たちの身近なところから少しずつ行動することが大事です。
