At our restaurant, we purchase fresh fish from Toyosu that has been carefully selected by a former Tsukiji veteran. We offer the best fish, focusing on seasonal and wild caught fish. The recommended ``wild red sea bream kadaif rolls'' and ``aqua pazza'' are dishes that make the most of the fresh fish. Furthermore, we are particular about choosing vegetables that are good for the body, and carefully selected vegetables from all over Japan. You can enjoy the quality of the ingredients along with the fresh and juicy vegetables delivered directly from Biei Town, Hokkaido and Katori, Chiba Prefecture.
