ChefChef Takuhiro Furukawa creates new Italian cuisine with his free-spirited imagination
Our chef, Takuya Furukawa, was born in Aomori Prefecture in 1995. After graduating from culinary school, he studied various types of cuisine in Aomori Prefecture and then moved to Tokyo. He trained at an Italian restaurant in Tokyo and joined Rachai Co., Ltd. After gaining experience as a sous chef at the main store Ristorante Rachai and sister store Osteria Tuttosole, he became our chef. He creates new Italian dishes with a free imagination, focusing on seasonal ingredients.

At our restaurant, you can enjoy dishes with a Southern Italian feel, focusing on seafood. We offer a wide variety of pasta, from rare varieties to handmade dishes. We also use fresh ingredients procured daily from all over the country to provide a wide variety of appetizers and main dishes. We can also pair wines to go with your dishes.
