Domestic eel that is grilled over charcoal without being steamed. The skin is crispy and the meat is soft, making this eel unique to a restaurant. Let it sit for a few days and bake to bring out the best flavor.

As the seasons change, the ingredients change as well, and we are particular about using additive-free and chemical-free ingredients, and we focus on dishes that are gentle on the body by minimizing oil content. Please feel free to enjoy Japanese-style meal prepared by a chef who trained at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Please consult with us in advance about any dietary requests you may have for entertaining guests or important occasions.

We offer a wide variety of local sake from all over the country, selected by the owner who is also a sake master. We recommend it to match your meal. We offer a variety of sake as well as champagne and Burgundy wine. We also have a wide selection of beer, wine, highballs, shochu, and more.
SpaceCompletely private room
Completely private room. Our restaurant is widely used for everything from entertainment to family dinners without worrying about other people's eyes. I love the sound of trains passing by. Our staff is available from daytime onwards, so you can also take a tour in advance. We also accept group reserved by removing the shoji screens in the private rooms and using the counter.
We have 4 counter seats, a private room, and vacant seats available on Monday, April 29th. We look forward to your inquiries.
We offer a seasonal course using seasonal ingredients and eel for 16,500 yen (tax and service charge not included), and we prepare simple dishes using seasonal ingredients. We are open for a la carte
