My A/C system went out and I called my home warranty company for service. They assigned two other companies who couldn’t come out over the weekend. They finally assigned Sam’s on Friday evening and he was here Saturday morning. Sam was working the weekend as he gave hus employees the weekend off. He was able to get my system up and running in no time at all. He was polite, professional, and overall a very nice guy. I would recommend him to anyone. I will be using Sam’s for my regular service needs. Thanks Sam.

An honest and reputable businessman who explains and shows you what needs to be done. Sam drove all the way up to my cabin in the Sierras to get my cabins heat running before renters got up there. Sam is great. I set up an appointment with him to service my AC. Summer special right now is about $65.00. Not only was he quick and efficient, but he was also educating me on my AC Unit which I really appreciated because I am a first-time homeowner and the info he provided me was good to know. Now I know it's good to service your AC and Heater once a year. He did the job and now my AC runs smooth and efficiently. My house feels cool and refreshing in the inside.
