Yes, the mag pouches and accessory pouches on the Defcon 5 Body Armor Carrier Set can be removed. They are secured to the vest via Molle straps.

The manufacturer doesn't state what size frame the Defcon 5 Body Armor Carrier Set fits. I recommend contacting the manufacturer in regards to that information.

The only complaint is, it doesn't have side plate pockets. It has every other pocket or bag you could think of, though. Looks to be stoutly made. Well worth the purchase price. I would recommend it to anyone.

It's a very nice vest. It comes with at least 100$ worth of attachments. It's so tactical, the pouches have pouches In them. I got the vegatato one, it is a beautiful camouflage. Shipping was fast too, got it 4 days.
