How do I measure my wrist? 

Using a flexible measuring tape, please add 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch, depending how tight or loose you would like the bracelet to be. Most people will add a 1/2 inch to their actual wrist size for comfort.

Example: If your wrist measures 7 inches, you would select Medium (M) 7.5 inch bracelet.
