Driving Range STEM Design Project
Ronnie teamed up with Cheri Cottelli's 5th Grade Math class to design new interactive targets for his driving range. The students at the Dr. Joyanne D. Miller School were given requirements for the project, such as $150 budget, certain measurements and the theme of the Jersey Devil Legend. They presented their designs to Ronnie and he picked the winners.
On June 4th, students from Mrs. Cottelli's 5th grade class took a field trip to Ronnie's! They had an opportunity to hit golf balls at the targets whose designs were inspired by them. They even had a visit from LPGA Touring Professional, Lori Beth Adams. The Jersey Devil themed targets are up and ready for you try!
