Laura Schreckengost

MSN, APRN-CNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC

Laura was born and raised in rural West Virginia and is a 1990 graduate of Calhoun County High School.  After marrying, Laura and her husband moved to the Dayton Ohio area in 1996, where she received her ADN in Nursing at Sinclair Community College in 2001.  Laura received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2012 through Indiana Wesleyan University; her Master of Science (MSN) in Family Nurse Practitioner Across the Lifespan (FNP-C) in 2015 and her Master of Science (MSN)Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Across the Lifespan (PMHNP-BC) from Northern Kentucky University in 2020. 

Laura is a family nurse practitioner who holds a post master’s certificate in psychiatric nursing.  She endeavors to provide a comprehensive, holistic, and compassionate evaluation and treatment plan.  Laura is an advocate for health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and management of common physical and psychological health care problems. Her experience and dedication have her held in high regard by her peers, her colleagues, and her patients. 

Laura is married with one daughter (and son in law) and three beautiful granddaughters.  She lives on a spacious farm and enjoys spending time with her family and friends; and enjoys reading, cooking and being in nature.

Shelli Huffman, LPN

Practice Manager

Shelli was born in Dayton Ohio and is a 1982 graduate of Dayton Christian High School.  She went on to pursue a career in nursing in 1999 at Miami Valley Career Technology Center where she graduated in 2001 with a Licensed Practical Nursing degree.  

As an LPN, Shelli worked as a staff nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital on the Med-Surg unit and worked there until 2003.  She went on to work as a Practice Manager for Pri-Med Physicians in Dayton, and from there pursued her passion in homecare.  Shelli worked at Black Stone Home Healthcare in Dayton for 12 years.  During her time at Black Stone, she was a nursing supervisor for the Passport division, a field nurse in the homecare division and finished her time there as the authorization nurse and practice manager for Black Stone’s nurse practitioner group.   Shelli most recently worked at Buckeye Health Plan of Ohio as a Case Manager for 6 years until her career change led to her current position as Practice Manager of Solutions Health & Wellness, LLC.

Shelli has a comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare field and has proven successful in creating an environment of compassion, trust, and respect.  Her excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrate her strong commitment to better living through health and wellness.  Throughout her career, Shelli has shown true commitment to the profession of nursing and helping those in need.

Shelli lives in rural Trotwood and loves to farm, garden, can and preserve her “garden loot”.  She is married to her husband Sean, of 35 years.  Together they share 3 children and 2 grandchildren.


Tasha Mutter,

Chief Operating Officer

Tasha was born in WVA and is a 2011 graduate from North Ridge High School.  Tasha obtained her Associate degrees in Liberal Arts (2013), and Political Science (2015) from Sinclair Community College.

Tasha worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Brookhaven Assisted Living for several years and is currently working at a local large law firm as a paralegal.

Tasha has 2 beautiful daughters and enjoys spending time outdoors with her children and her husband.
