The body of the v2 model has also been improved with a more robust hinge and battery door. The sleep mode function means that you no longer have to open the battery door to turn off the hearing aid.

No, our hearing devices don't require that you take a hearing test. These hearing devices have only one goal in mind: to isolate and enhance sounds such as voices, music and TV.
Sonacus hearing aids are configured for the most common types of hearing loss and works for the majority customers out of box. Each hearing device can be easily adjusted for your hearing loss level.
Yes, there is one battery included with your device which should last up to 2 weeks of general usage. Our hearing aid device uses Zinc A-10 batteries, the smallest around. You can find A-10 batteries at any local pharmacy, grocery store or supermarket. Otherwise, you can purchase batteries directly from us.
We include earbuds in 6 different sizes with each hearing device allowing 99% of customers to get the perfect and comfortable fit.
After we receive your order, we typically need 1-3 days to process it depending on the incoming volume of orders at any given time.
Once the order is processed, you will receive the shipping confirmation email with tracking code and the typical delivery time is:
USA: 4-10 days using USPS
REST OF THE WORLD: 10-20 days using USPS
