Easy location to visit. Plan to get an exceptional workout. Training here has exceeded my goals to stay in shape moving toward my 73 yr. Tim is a fantastic trainer. He will also give you excellent guidance if you decide to train yourself using the facility. Also important is the other clientele. Everyone is very friendly and willing to give you training ideas or how to use a specific machine. For me, they are MOTOVATIONAL.

I’ve enjoyed Health Advantage for almost 15 years. Great local gym with all the equipment and none of the fuss of chai store gyms. Tim French is a great trainer with a n extensive knowledge of personal training and is there to help you on your fitness journey . Stop in and give it a try
