Is there a way to get to a menu once you are playing the game? I could not for the life of me figure out how. I pressed the escape key and got nothing. I ended up having to close the game down improperly by right clicking on the tab after I tabbed out using the Windows key....

Hi, just got this game from a friend. Loaded it up for the first time, it was at 2560x1440p (my monitor res) and "Fantastic" graphics. The title screen was running at an extremely low framerate. Had to put both resolution and graphics at their lowest settings just to get things running reasonably. When I tried putting everything back up, I just got a crash! Sorry this is a question for the Nintendo switch version of the game. How do I unlock the stomp ability? I get to world 3 where I think it is needed and I don't know how to unlock stomp.

I do not like using the arrow keys and wasd would be much preffered. is this a feature being considered?
