Places To Elope In St. George Utah

All you need to elope in Utah is

1) Marriage License,

2) An Officiant

3) 2 Witnesses.

From there, the world is your Wedding Chapel!

Here are some of my favorite places to perform an elopement in Southern Utah:

1) Panorama Point

Panorama Point is FREE and usually not busy. The view is beautiful and no hiking needed! (MAP)

2) Pioneer Park (Dixie Rock)

Pioneer Park has many spots to duck into and have a private ceremony. Either in a secluded spot or in the open air.

3) Sand Hollow

Sand Hollow has a small fee to enter the park and you may need to obtain a permit for your ceremony. But once inside there are several beautiful places to tie the knot!

4) Zion National Park

People come from all around the world to elope in Zion, and it’s easy to see why. Zion is home to some of the most breathtaking views on Earth. And although Zion is very beautiful, it is also very BUSY.

To get married in Zion you must obtain a permit from the National Parks Division, pay for entry, and be prepared for a lot of tourists and possible hiking depending on your location of choice.

Many people find that Zion is more difficult to navigate than expected.

However

There are some easier alternatives to Zion. You can choose a venue in Springdale outside the park, or a secluded area outside the park with great views.

I’d tell you the details here, but we in the industry are wary of posting exact locations on the internet. These spots are beautiful and secluded, and would like them to stay that way.

For details, feel free to either contact me or a wedding planner.

If Zion proves to be too difficult, you can get beautiful views without the high price tag and hassle. Simply go to one of my favorite spots…

5) Snow Canyon State Park

Admission into Snow Canyon is about $15 per car load. You must obtain a wedding permit from the Park, but it’s easier to obtain a permit from Snow Canyon than it is from Zion. There is also far less hiking to get to fantastic spots.

6) Anywhere!

I’ve performed weddings in back yards, living rooms, hotel rooms, a bowling alley, and even at a WENDY’S!

So name a spot, and I’ll meet you there.
