Where does my order ship from? Florida

Do you offer free shipping? Yes, all US orders over $75 before taxes and discounts qualify for free standard shipping.

Also, if you are local, there is an option to choose local pickup at Posh and Posies - 1812 FL-77 Suite 129, Lynn Haven, FL 32444. There will be a basket right inside the door with Still Waters Boutique sign on it and it will have your bag with your name on it.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy? So sorry your item didn’t work out, but we make it easy to return.

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns will be issued as store credit. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email with a  gift card in the amount of the item(s) purchased.

All returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with original tags in place and free of stains, odors, animal hair and damage. Please contact us to let us know you are sending something for a return. When sending your return, please close your order number and the reason of your request for exchange or store credit.

Please contact us to get the address to send your return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. The initial shipping cost will not be refundable. Still Waters Boutique is not responsible for any untraceable or lost shipments.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service and or purchasing shipping insurance. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
