Description
- This harvest is considered to produce medicinal honey because it contains a mild amount of grayanotoxins that come from Rhododendron flowers when bees feed on the pollen.
- It is harvested in spring season and Autumn Season.
- It often has a slightly bitter or metallic flavor, along with floral notes. Some people also describe it as having a spicy or peppery undertone. Overall, its taste can be complex and distinct.
- The Himalayan bees are responsible to produce this honey. So we do not induce a single additive on it. They resides very far from the human settlement.
- It is basically harvested from Lamjung, Rukum, Jajarkot, Dolakha, Solukhumbu, Parbat, and Baglung and other remote districts of Nepal which are the remote places as well.
