Found where the chuck ends and the ribeye begins, our Delmonico offers all of the tenderness and marbling of a ribeye paired with the robust flavors found in the chuck. This is truly a special cut, as we only get two per side of beef. Excellent on the grill or in the oven, prepare it simply with salt and enjoy its meaty goodness, or finish it with a dab of compound butter for extra pizazz.

Portions: We recommend a serving size of .375 lbs per individual, as it optimally provides a gratifying dining experience while promoting a sense of balance and moderation. Alternatively, for individuals with a greater appetite, we propose an .5 lbs serving size. This generously portioned option ensures a more substantial dining experience, catering to those seeking a hearty meal.
