In case all data is correct proceed to payment with PayPal's secure payment system. At this time you will be charged only a small amount as a non-refundable deposit. You will receive a confirmation email immediately after payment completion. You pay the remaining amount to our driver when you reach the destination.

No. The company is not responsible and cannot be held liable for problems resulting from verbal agreements with our drivers. All bookings made orally and directly with our drivers are not valid and neither the company nor the drivers are obligated to fulfill them.

If you need a transfer from an airport, railway or bus station, simply specify your arrival time. Add some extra time if needed at stations. If you need a transfer from a hotel, specify the time you should be met at the entrance of the hotel. Calculate airport check-in and transfer duration time.

Yes, but you should ask for permission first. The driver has the right to refuse the trip should you bring any animals without prior consent of Euro Taxi Burgas. Transportation of animals is regulated by the legislation. Any animal should have EU medical certificates and should be transported in a box/crate according to the legislation. Please contact us before booking if you plan to bring your pet!

Every child is considered a passenger. You should take it into account when entering the number of passengers in the reservation form. We provide up to two child seats for free (0-36 kg and 15-36 kg). Do not hesitate to contact us if needed! Your child’s safety is a top priority!

When booking a trip you pay only a small amount as a non-refundable deposit. We will not refund this deposit even if you send us a cancellation. The deposit is part of the total cost of your journey. It is an advance payment paid for at the time of booking. It represents an amount sufficient to cover our actual losses that directly result from organizing the trip and holding your reservation.

In case we are unable to fulfill the reservation due to issues on our side we will refund the amount of the deposit paid for at the time of booking. In such a case we will strive to inform you as soon as possible.

The main reason your payment is declined is that your bank suspects fraud. Your bank thinks that it has detected unusual spending patterns because you are outside of your country. This typically happens when you are using the free Wi-Fi network of your hotel. To avoid this problem try to make your reservation using internet provided by your home mobile carrier. Log out of the hotel Wi-Fi network and use your own mobile internet. Contact us if the problem persists.
