Case 4. Customer is not satisfied with fast shipping:

– If the delivery deadline announced in the delivery policy page is exceeded: We refund the fast shipping fee to the customer (note: if the customer orders on Saturday and Sunday, the fast shipping delivery time may vary). May be 1-2 days later)

Case 5. In case the customer wants to return the goods (not for reasons related to the product, but because the customer changed his mind when receiving the goods):

– We will provide an address for customers to return the product. After we receive the returned goods to our warehouse, we will refund 100% to the customer.

Case 6. The customer provided a missing address, or an incorrect address that prevented successful delivery:
