TRANSPORT SERVICE

TVC is in cooperation with local transport and logistics agents in Vietnam – Lao – Cambodia – Thailand – Malaysia – Indonesia – Philippines, to provide transport and fulfillment services for our customers with competitive prices, quality service, and utmost assurance.

• Time: ETD ranges from 1 – 2 days (air cargo), 3 – 7 days (land transport, and 8 – 10 days (sea freight).
• Price: 
  • The land transport rate starts at 2.5 USD/kg with more discount rates applied for > 100 kg.
    • < 10กก.: total cost 30USD/parcel
    • < 100 กก.: 2.5 USD/kg

  • Sea freight fee: starting price estimated 600 USD/container 20″ (tax and tariffs are not included). ETD is 8 – 10 days from the port of departure. Import duties might be applied depending on the types of goods. Importers and exporters are required to have import-export licenses.
  • Air cargo fee: starting price 10 USD/kg. ETD is 1 – 3 days from the port of departure. Import duties might be applied depending on the types of goods. Importers and exporters are required to have import-export licenses.
• Steps to follow:
  1. Senders provide full details of the parcels (or preferably invoices + packing lists of the shipment) to get our quotation -> agreement of service fees and related details.
  2. Stick the TVC Transport Slip on your parcel, send it to our nearest warehouse, and make the full payment. Input details and pictures of the slip and your delivery at the warehouse into our system here. You can check the tracking of your parcel here
  3. TVC transports the parcels to the destination. Recipients receive the parcel and check again within 24 hours and notify us immediately in case of any complaints otherwise, it is considered done service.

• Insurance:
  • Our basic transport insurance covers 100 USD compensation, free of charge.
  • Additional transport insurance for high-valued goods is optional, covering from 30% to 100% of total value.

Price calculation

Price is calculated from weight and dimension. Total weight can be calculated from gross weight or by dimension as follows: Total weight = w*l*h/5000. Some types of goods might be subjected to import charges by changes in customs regulations which will be informed in advance before delivery.
