Paint your own Mandala in an afternoon of painting, meditation & creativity. No art experience necessary.

Mandala is a Sanskrit word that means “circle” – symbolizing the universe and the cosmos. It is a visual representation used as a focus point for the practice of meditation. Mandalas are ancient, sacred symbols of wholeness and are used for facilitating personal growth, healing, grounding, and transformation. In this guided workshop, you will create your mandala that gives you intention and focus as you tap into your creativity. Please come with an open heart and a willingness to let go. The class will be fun and will
you an opportunity to use the mandala as a tool for self-discovery and artistic development while learning, growing, healing, and painting in community. The workshop is about two and a half hours. No prior skills or
experience with drawing or painting is necessary. All materials will be provided, including a 12” x 12” stretched canvas and acrylic paints. At the end of the evening, you will be able to take your finished piece home with you.
