Nate Hanna is following in the footsteps of his late mother, who had been baking bread on Bimini from the 1970s. After her death, he took up the mantle and started his own store in the area of Bailey Town that the locals call Bonkers Hill. He bakes fresh Bimini bread every morning; and when you're on the island, you can smell the aroma as you pass the hilltop area. You'll find it oh so tempting, and you'll have to stop in and buy a warm loaf. Hours of operation: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
