All booking, rescheduling and cancellation correctly executed must be followed by a confirmation text/email, in which a link is provided to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

DO WE TAKE WALK-INS?

To avoid disappointment, customers are strongly encouraged to book/reserve online BEFORE heading to the shop. 
Because Barbers have other jobs and commitments, we operate by appointments. We take walk-ins sometimes, whenever possible. However, we’ll give priority to those who have booked online while doing our best to also help the walk-ins, again if possible.
Please be mindful that hair cutting is a professional art and not an exact science.

3 Hours Friendly Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:

Any cancellation/rescheduling is to be done online thru the scheduler above.
If you select “Reserve & Pay” your payment will automatically process at the time of your service. If you select “Reserve” you will still be required to provide your credit/debit card info. You will only be charged if you do not show up to your appointment. You will not be charged should you cancel / reschedule your appointment 3 hours before your appointment is scheduled to begin. 

 

The scheduler company will add a small booking fee to pre-paid appointments ONLY. You do NOT need to pre-pay unless you’ve been a no-show in the past. In fact, we prefer that you DO NOT pre-pay but simply “reserve” so that the booking fee is waived.

Your appointment time might be slightly adjusted to maximize the Barber’s schedule with appointments.

 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. While we do our best to adhere to the schedule, certain factors outside our control my cause us to run behind. Thank you for your patience as we work to stay on time without sacrificing quality of service.

If we’re a bit behind, a refreshment is offered to you during your short wait. Any guests desiring a refreshment during the visit will be invoiced $3 per drink at the customer’s checkout.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

We respectfully request your careful attention to the service description prior to booking services specific to your need. Each service has a specific and limited time window. If the wrong service is booked, we will do our best to perform the requested job within the booked time frame; this might include skipping certain complimentary services such as shampoo or/and neck shave etc. Extra fees might be applied to match with the actual job performed. For overgrown hair with more than 2.5 inches on the side/back, difficult hair such as thin & fine hair, coarse hair, curly & wavy hair, we reserve the right to charge up according to the degree of hair difficulty and skillset required to perform such job by upgrading to the appropriate service of 2+ month growth/ difficult hair service.  Any upgrade of service will result in an app or email notification. Upon upgrading a service, any previously booked services will auto cancel/auto refund.

Please bear in mind that when booking several services, any unwanted service during the visit is considered as a “No-show”, and therefore, will be still charged 100% for the service booked.
