Raj was an incredibly helpful technician and was very willing to help me out fix my Thinkpad X230. He was well mannered, considerate, and knowledgeable about the topic and clearly outlined his steps towards working on my laptop. While the process was long, he was clear from the start, so I understood I may not get it back for a while. In this case, it wasn't necessary that I get it back immediately. At the end, my laptop wasn't able to be repaired without serious motherboard replacement, way beyond the fee that I paid, and Raj offered alternatives within reason to make up for it.
