My experience was excellent! My box truck broke down and I called RHINO'S WRECKER SERVICE. The dispatcher was polite, listened to me, gave the towing fee and the approximate arrival time. Hector the tow truck driver was very professional from the call he made to let me know the approximate arrival time through the towing process. Hector arrived on time and the box truck was towed very safely from Falls Church, VA to the City of Alexandria, VA Based on my experience, I highly recommend RHINO'S WRECKER SERVICE.

Jason was a rockstar! He got my car where it needed to go and was very polite the whole way. At the end, he helped me push my car into a tight space and made the whole experience extremely easy. Definitely will be reaching out to Rhinos Wrecker Service for future towing needs, thanks to Jasons amazing customer service. Man on the phone was amazing as well but did not catch his name! He made sure I got the services I needed in a timely manner!

Had an amazing experience after I lover my car FOB and was unable to get the car in neutral. No problem for them and got it to the dealership with no issues. Highly recommend and would use again.
