Coordination between TT and agent and hotel was not good. Driver was really nice. But agent and TT should have coordinated well with hotel and us.

There was a confusion with driver on the first day regarding finding the hotel as we have given the name and address as well to the driver but he couldnot find the hotel but after when we came to know about this after 15mins guest checked in to the hotel ..Apart from this rest everything was ok according to us.But then also we will try to get no issues in future..
