Would score a zero but have to score at least a 1 star to be able to write on here.
Worst experience we've had with a weekend break, customer service is horrendous. Any problems that arise complaints they blame yourself.. we had no gas during our stay and front door didnt shut or lock properly yet when we phoned there was no empathy, and they actually blamed us. Also filthy cutlery and crockery, took photos. Would defo stir clear. Convo has been screen shot for proof. They don't reply to emails and refused us a refund.
