Arrived at Birmingham Airport after a very pleasant early morning drive with A52 Executive Cars
David was lovely and we chatted the whole journey

Hired a Mercedes to take bride and father and return with bride and groom (my son). David at A52 Cars accommodated a late change of arrangements. He arrived on time, in fact a bit early but no problem, was perfectly attired and extremely courteous. The car was spotlessly clean and shiny and adorned with ribbons. I highly recommend A52 Cars for weddings or executive hire, I don't believe you can do better.

From the initial email requesting a costing for a trip to Heathrow the whole process of booking my journey was outstanding.
I was kept updated about the arrangements throughout, also being a solo female traveller it was very nice to be driven by a lady.
The car arrived exactly as planned, the chauffeur Barbara was exceptional, she was very friendly polite, confident and professional, the 2 hour plus journey to Heathrow flew by and the actual car journey was so comfortable, I felt totally relaxed by the time I arrived at the hotel.
I was recommended A52 Executive Cars, I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend their service.

From booking the chauffeur driven service with David to being driven down to our destination by Steve on the day, the whole level of service from start to finish was superb.

The car (7 series LWB BMW) was immaculate and our chauffeur, Steve, was great company for the trip down. The door to door service took a lot of stress out of a long day of travelling.

I will definitely be using the service again, first class all round !!

Excellent company to deal with. Clear, concise instructions regarding being met at Heathrow. Lovely driver, Steve, who was very patient with us whilst we had to deal with lost luggage. Highly recommend and will certainly use again. Beautiful car too!

First class service from David and his team at A52 Executive Cars. I book their cars for our Executives at work as I know A52 provide an extremely professional, safe and reliable chauffeur service. David is friendly and helpful when I'm booking and is very prompt in responding to any questions. A52 are always my first choice for chauffer driven cars in and around the Derby area. I used A52 Executive Cars for the first time for a trip to Birmingham Airport. Right form my first contact with Dave through to be being picked up I was given loads of information to make a choice that was right for me - both in terms of car choice and price. Payment options were available. There were regular text messages on the day before the pickup and then on the morning of the pick up. All of this took away the stress that can be part and parcel of flying.

They are always so speedy to reply to each and every enquiry and always send an easy to read but detailed itinerary. We recently used A52 cars for our airport transfers. On both journeys we had different drivers and both were on time, professional and very pleasant to speak to. We have recently used A52 Executive Cars for pick up and drop off at east midlands airport, both early morning times and the driver was on time, very well dressed and friendly and polite, he explained what to do on our return and was there waiting for us exactly where he said, updated were also emailed and text. Extremely well priced and beautiful vehicle. Will definitely be using them again and will be recommending to friends and family.

Wow!
We were super impressed by the service provided.
My initial enquiry was responded to on the same day with prices and cars available .
Communications are clear and we were kept upto date throughout. We even adjusted our pick up time due to originally we would be arriving slightly early to the airport, it was infact David that bought this to our attention and we pushed back for an hour

They were on time for pick ups and drop off, friendly and funny with the children.

Cars are a great standard too and the water and mints are and welcomed little extra

All in all a fantastic stress free airport transfer and we will be using again!

I booked Dave at quite short notice for 6 of us to go to a celebration lunch. He was excellent in checking details, time and location of pick up and drop off. Contacted me beforehand and arrived early, smart and the car was spotless in and out. Again on pick up text message to say he had arrived, more sweets to enjoy and bottles of water. Would highly recommend him.

A52 took us on a return journey to Manchester airport
What a first class service so professional from booking to the pickup and drop off also the return journey.
David the driver was so helpful we were four adults and a baby we had lots of luggage and a car seat nothing was to much trouble. The vehicle was so clean and comfortable I’m just about to book them again for our next trip we travel a lot and having this kind of service is just perfect to start any holiday or trip off well done and thank you A52
